op_bad_signer error when setOptionsadding sha256 hash signer sha256Hash to account on Stellar private network

I had createcreated a Stellar Private Network. Everything work well.
The using the installation step useinstructions from this link => https://github.com/stellar/packages#sdf---packages. Everything worked well.

But when I wanttry to use sha256Hashsha256 hash for multi-sig. it's not, it doesn't work.
Error are show op_bad_signer even this I get the error op_bad_signer.

This hash can be used on Testnet.

my try and not workThings I have tried that have failed:
1. Create js-stellar-sdk code to submit transaction.
2. Test by send XDR envelope to stellar-core.
3. Setup stellar laboratory to my Stellar Private Network and try setOptions.

  2. Send XDR envelope directly to stellar-core.
  3. Installed Stellar laboratory on my Stellar Private Network tried SetOptions.

Do I need to setupset up something to enable this featuresfeature?
