But mining in Bitcoin helps keep the ecosystem going - it serves a purpose. How are Stellar 'miners' compensated? In addition, the focus of the question was about 'locking up' the money. what's the benefit of locking it up? would it not make more sense to pay this money to the 'miners'? | |
