I am facing a weird issue. All of a sudden I am getting op_no_issuer. XDR here

I tried to check horizon API for account but surprisingly it is not working. Here is my issuer account

https://horizon-testnet.stellar.org/accounts/GCZDLM6KBK7P42JB6ONIZNYXE24G72PWUXLOZBOLE5EEGOC2FUKKIN4R

It returns:

{
  "type": "https://stellar.org/horizon-errors/not_found",
  "title": "Resource Missing",
  "status": 404,
  "detail": "The resource at the url requested was not found. This is usually occurs for one of two reasons: The url requested is not valid, or no data in our database could be found with the parameters provided."
}

What happened all of sudden? How do I know?

Update

It seems the account got empty(How?) hence did not exist. I refunded and now working.

    The testnet was reset a month or so ago – Johan Stén Nov 7 at 9:14
  • @JohanStén Oh, so is it first time or a normal thing? Do they announce it earlier? What is the frequency? – Volatil3 Nov 7 at 11:27

    There's been a couple of resets already. This was announced about a month ahead, on slack and keybase, and possibly other places too. – Johan Stén Nov 7 at 13:36
