Our team create cryptocurrency exchange with stellar's blockchain We have some improvements which we can implement and create pool requests to your public Stellar GitHub.

During our investigation, we have made next changes with Stellar’s core and horizone: Changed horizone limits (transactions number in the ledgers were increased from 200 to 6000) Add connection pull to Postgress Increased the amount of workers for history record (removed the dependence on the number of Core and set this number) And we sre going to expand the channel for SCP protoсol to eliminate bottlenecks

Is this changes make sense and what you can say about them?

I would suggest looking at the contribution guidelines on Stellar's various repos, starting at Stellar's Github, and make an appropriate pull request or issue, following the guidelines that each repo has set.
