I need to install stellar-core and horizon in Production.

I got the ERROR mention it need pg_ctl or pg_ctlcluster.

I choose AWS as following:

  1. AWS EC2 t3a.medium. 2vcpu + 4GB RAM
  2. AWS RDS PostgreSQL Service
  3. Ubuntu 18-04LTS

Do I need to install PostgreSQL-10 client?

I tried to follow the [Installation Instructions][1]

   32  sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
   33  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test
   34  vim /etc/profile.d/stellar-core.sh
   35  sudo vim /etc/profile.d/stellar-core.sh
   39  clang -v
   43  clang++ --version
   44  sudo apt-get install libc++-dev libc++abi-dev
   45  vim /etc/profile.d/stellar-core.sh
   46  sudo vim /etc/profile.d/stellar-core.sh
   47  ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make -j2
   53  git clone https://github.com/stellar/stellar-core.git
   54  cd stellar-core
   55  git branch
   56  git checkout prod
   57  ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make -j2
   58  ls
   59  make check

I got errors as following

PASS: tests/test-msgsock
PASS: tests/test-printer
PASS: tests/test-compare
PASS: tests/test-types
PASS: tests/test-validate

Academic tradition requires you to cite works you base your article on.
When using programs that use GNU Parallel to process data for publication
please cite:

This helps funding further development; AND IT WON'T COST YOU A CENT.
If you pay 10000 EUR you should feel free to use GNU Parallel without citing.

To silence this citation notice: run 'parallel --citation'.
