I can't get my lumens off of account viewer. I am trying to send my coins to another wallet and it will not let me send them. It stays on the submitting transaction to network and never sends. I am using a ledger. The ledger is up to date with version 3.2.2This is a picture of the loading screen that won't complete transaction
