I have launched Private Network by tutorial https://github.com/stellar/packages#sdf---packages

and published full validators. I can't understand where my mistake and why I see ledger version = 0 instead 15 ?

  • I resolved this problem, need was upgrade network: stellar-core http-command 'upgrades?mode=set&upgradetime=2021-02-04T18:53:06Z&protocolversion=15' where upgradetime - current datetime Feb 4 at 19:17
